THAILAND Post Diwali Tour (Bangkok & Pattaya) 

Day1

Arrive Bangkok, welcome at the airport at Gate No.3, near information center (subject to change kindly check your vouchers) after clearing custom, visa processing, baggage claim transfer to Pattaya. An approximate 2 hrs drive. Pattaya has a lot to offer its visitors in terms of activities & sightseeing. Check in to the hotel in Pattaya (normal check-in time 14:00 - 15:00 hrs). Relax a while & later we recommend you to proceed for the famous Alcazar Show in the evening. Overnight at the hotel. (Meals: No Meal)

Day2

The day begins a little early this morning as you are taken on a full day excursion to the Coral Island. On the Island you can indulge in water sports & also try your hand at paragliding!! Truly an exhilarating experience!! The tour terminates early evening back at your Hotel. Spend the evening strolling down the avenues of Pattaya skirting the beach or try your hand at bargaining for wares at the shops dotting the Beach. Overnight in Pattaya. (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

Day3

After your breakfast in Pattaya. Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Thailand’s pulsating city – Bangkok. Arrive Bangkok and later proceed for half day temple and city tour, which covers major landmarks including fascinating temples around the capital. Visit the Golden Buddha Temple (Wat Traimit), and the Reclining Buddha Temple (Wat Po). Stay overnight at the hotel in Bangkok. (Meals: Breakfast)

Day4

After breakfast, proceed for Safari world with marine park tour with lunch. Which is an open air wildlife park, where one can drive through the park to experience close ups of all different type of animals. Later continue to the Marine Park to see amazing shows. Worlds most spectacular live action show, Ski Show Dolphin Show, Sea lion, Bird, Elephant and Orangutan shows, Hollywood cowboy stunt show. Stay overnight at the hotel in Bangkok. (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

Day5

After your breakfast in Bangkok, before you check-out of the hotel and proceed to the airport for the return journey with wonderful memories of Thailand, we recommend you visit the sophisticated plazas of Bangkok. With a huge choice of not only what to buy, bargain-hunting is an engrossing experience including the simple of souvenirs, handicrafts or luxury items. (Meals: Breakfast)

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 45 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
• Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund

Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:

• Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
• Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
• Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

cancelation policies set by our Independent Contractors may at times supersede the above conditions, and as and when applicable will be intimated to the client.

These cancelation terms may not be applicable for services booked during special events / fairs / exhibitions / festivals / Christmas and New Year period.

Refund Policy

The Company reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancelation or amendment of a Holiday due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure. Such refund would be calculated, based on various factors like such as the number of clients booked on the holiday/ tour, the cancelation policy of Independent contractors and the decision of the Company on same shall be final and binding upon the client.

There will be no cash refund of any amount. However, vouchers equivalent to the value of the refundable amount as explained above, will be issued to the client. The client can utilize this voucher to purchase another leisure holiday package of equal or less or more value as the original holiday booked, within the following one year from the date of issue of voucher. The client may even gift / transfer the voucher to a relative / friend after providing written intimation to the Company and in such case the holder of the voucher can use the same to purchase tour packages within one year of issuance of the voucher by the Company.

In case the Company exercises their discretion to alter, amend or cancel any Holiday advertised in on the Web site or in print by the Company, and in the event of the client, who has registered for such Holiday, exercising the option to continue with the Holiday as altered or amended, or to accept any alternative Holiday which the Company may offer, the Company shall not be liable to pay any compensation for damage, additional expenses or consequential losses suffered by him/ her due to the amendment/ cancelation of the original Holiday or to pay any amount as refund to the client.

Even in case of a Holiday for which the payment was made foreign currency with or without part payment in Indian Rupees, the said refund shall be made only in Indian Rupees at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of refund as per existing Rules and Regulations decreed by RBI/ GOI.

There shall be no refund if the client does not or cannot utilize any services such as meals, rooms, excursion, etc, included in the Holiday cost. Nor can any refund be made for mislaid or destroyed travel tickets and vouchers.
